Copper Review

Of all of the CRMs I have used, only ProsperWorks (which is now named Copper) not only makes it easy to keep track of everything but the learning curve is small.  It’s one of the tops in terms of what you get dollar for dollar for the power of the CRM.  It’s a wonderful starter as well as CRM for an experienced user as well.  However we will be revisiting it’s usage now that it’s been rebranded and it’s pricing model has changed.

Prosperworks Review

The best all-around CRM that we have used. It's easy to integrate with other apps, and makes following up with appointments very easy. It makes a great distinction between leads and 'people' - people are the folks that you already have a relationship with - while leads are folks you don't have a relationship with. I have tried numerous other CRMs over the years and this one definitely offered what we needed for our company. The support from Brad (developer) was great and he really helped us get setup with everything we needed. We used it to manage leads, follow ups, calls, emails sent/received but 1 click away from any of them so it's super user friendly. It still amazes me how many sales were done just because of contact list syncing on mobile devices.

PROS
  • Ease of Use
  • Looks Great
  • Support is good
CONS
  • Zapier integration starts at $49 a month (this might be outdated with the new pricing model)
  • Mobile Apps support is lacking
